Slow send to receipient email via Exchange

We have a user that has notified us of a delayed response to email being sent out his corporate account to his gmail.   It could take an upwards to a day for the corporate email to show up in his personal account.   Any troubleshooting steps would be appreciated.

One user or all users? 220 points, sheeeesh....LOL
Its a public domain and they have numerous issues if no issues with any private domains you are good according to me .... however you  can check your Inbound\Outbound email with www.exrca.com

Sorry, they replaced the exchange server since I assisted this client.  I will post an update on whether this issue has been fixed.
