i need to provide solution for replicate our SSIS jobs and packages from production to DR server. Please provide Appropriate solutions based on different situations (like packages stored in database/file).

The SSIS packages copied from Production (MS SQL Server 2008 R2) to DR Server (MS SQL Server 2008 R2) by using Import utility.
Jobs scripted and executed at destination using SSMS.
