Windows 2008 Std 64Bit on ESXi 5.1.0 dont boot with Winload.exe Error

Hi,

i want to install Windows 2008 Standard 64Bit on ESXI5.1.0 with the ISO SW_DVD5_Windows_Svr_2008w_SP2_German__x64_DC_EE_SE_X15-41379.ISO

the following error occurs:

Can someone help me with this problem?

1. Check the ISO downloaded is not corrupted, check MD5 or SHA1 published signatures if available, otherwise re-download.

2. Did you check you have specified a Windows 2008 64 bit OS, and not 32 bit when creating the VM?
