COPY FROM EXCEL TO DATAGRIDVIEW VB.NET

I have a simple EXCEL file the contains 4 columns and maybe 300 rows
I need the user to simple COPY from EXCEL then drop into DATAGRIDVIEW1
I am using windows forms  VB.net
Visual Basic Classic.NET Programming
