Powershell Script to export all E-Mail Addresses from Exchange 2010

I am looking for a Powershell script which performs the following task:

export all e-mail addresses and address aliases from usermailboxes, distribution lists, public folders.

the format of the output should be like this:

andy@mycompany.msft, andy.c@mycompany.msft, andy.coombs@mycompany.msft
sandy@mycompany.msft, sandy.b@mycompany.msft, sandy.boombs@mycompany.msft
randy@mycompany.msft, randy.d@mycompany.msft, randy.doombs@mycompany.msft

I tried a couple of commands, but no success yet .....

CSVDE can do what you want

CSVDE -F "C:\EnvironmentDump.csv"

Shell Can only be for one data at a time or create a PS1 with all commands
