I created a image cd using http://pogostick.net/~pnh/ntpasswd/

I tested it on my laptop, it does not boot from the cd, it went directly to OS, I have checked the boot order.  I tested it something else and it can be botted from the cd rom....any ideas?  thanks

Are you sure you burned the .iso correctly and didn't just copy it to the CD?  Try doing it with imgburn.  It's free.

yes, I am pretty sure it is iso burn,  One way I check it. when I downloaded, it is an iso file, after burning to CS, it has bunch of files.....

Do you have anything else to try it in?  I've never had an issue with it booting.  I have had odd issues with bad CDRs.

That was exactly what I was thinking....CDR...I will need to get some DVDRW (the one that works is a DVDRW)

CDR is probably fine as long as it's a good one.  I've had really bad luck with Memorex.  Good luck with Imation and TDK.
