Aspx and vb6

Hi - Its been a few years since I have had to do any programming and am a bit stuck.

I have a large vb6 system that still works fine and I need to call an aspx web page and get the return value

The web page is something like

http://www.nights.com.au/treasure/admin/addplace.aspx?g=53b4eaa7-3e2f-43b5-a5b3-f0bfd4d551bb&name=The+Great+Inn

and it will return a number which I need
Any help would be great

Visual Basic Classic

Visual Basic is Microsoft’s event-driven programming language and integrated development environment (IDE) for its Component Object Model (COM) programming model. It is relatively easy to learn and use because of its graphical development features and BASIC heritage.
