Powershell command

I am moving mailboxes from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. Does anybody know a powershell command or script i can run to see what mailboxes have been moved for all databases to Exchange 2010 with dates moved?

Hi Rancy,

Sort of but what i have is 3 2010 servers with three different databases. is there a way i can run the command so that all the mailboxes show on one report?
Your help has saved me hundreds of hours of internet surfing.
