I am running SQL Server 2008 R2. I need to provide one of my DBAs with access to SQL Server Reporting Services. This is a development environment so for now I just want to give them full control of this feature.

As it stands right now whenever a connects to Reporting Services via Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio the user is only presented with the Server, Jobs directory, Security directory and Shared Schedules directory but is unable to do anything.

How to I provide a specific user with full control permissions of this area? And is it possible to assign this permission to an AD security group?
