Is this statement showing distinct ID's

AttendanceGrid has duplicate IDs in the table.

The way I wrote this SQL statement, am I collecting distinct IDs?  If not, how do I do so?

select AttendanceGrid.Committee, count(AttendanceGrid.ID) as NonCoreAsians from AttendanceGrid INNER JOIN frmRegistrationCSW ON AttendanceGrid.[ID]=frmRegistrationCSW.[ID] Where AttendanceGrid.Month IN ('January', 'February','March') And AttendanceGrid.Fiscal = 2013 And frmRegistrationCSWCombo1 = 'Asian' And AttendanceGrid.Total > 0 group by AttendanceGrid.Committee
