Unable to Access the System Volume Information folder in Win 2012

Hello I recently installed Win 2012 and i wanted to access the System volume information folder. I am unable to find the folder. The option to show hidden files and folders is enabled. A colleague let me know that Microsoft locks down the folder, but i am not sure.

The reason why i need access to that folder it to Add an exclusion to a certain file during Backup with WSB.. I can't find the folder for the System drive C: and the Data drives.

Any ideas will be appreciated.

Thank you.
