Install exchange 2013 on windows server 2012 migrating from windows server 2008 with exchange 2010

I have windows 2008 server with exchange 2010 SP3 I am trying to upgrade to another box which has windows 2012 with exchange 2013. when I it do the prerequisite to install exchange 2013 I get this error.
Error:
All Exchange 2007 servers in the organization must have Exchange 2007 SP3 or later installed.
For more information, visit: http://technet.microsoft.com/library(EXCHG.150)/ms.exch.setupreadiness.E15E12CoexistenceMinVersionRequirement.aspx

The problem that I don't have exchange 2007 on my organization. maybe I am not sure that exchange 2010 was loaded on exchange 2007 I am not sure.
how I get rid of that.

It shows 2 server one is exchange 2007 sp2 and one is exchange 2010 sp3.
but I don't see exchange 2007 installed anywhere.
how I can make sure it is being used in anywhere and how I can remove it safely.

I am not planning  to coexist with exchange 2010 I am planning to migrate to the new box and decommission the old box. Is it possible to do that.
