I am undertaking the task of converting the image below to a HTML document.<br />

I would like to know the best way to achieve the background for this document. In my PSD I have it layered nicely, so all elements in the pic are readily available for easy move.<br />

Should I take a vertical slice and repeat?<br />

Converting PSD to CSS (help on background)

Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a language used for describing the look and formatting of a document written in a markup language. Usually used to change web pages and user interfaces written in HTML, it can also be applied to any kind of XML document. CSS is designed primarily to distinguish the content of a document from its presentation.
