anti-spam, anti-virus recommendations for Linux

I used to use spamassassin long ago for Linux spam filtering. Is that still the leader or are there better alternatives out there? What Linux email "filter" will detect viruses embeded in email destined for Windows workstations?

Thanks for all the input. At the moment I'm going with spamassassin and clamav (have installed spamassassin, haven't done clamav yet). aadih, I agree, I don't really need antivirus on [Li|U]nix, but this host is acting as a email pre-filter for an upstream Exchange server and Windows Outlook clients. I want to do the AV checking on the linux host.
