Exchange 2007 TLS Support and SPF Record
I have the certificate installed. I have enabled certificate for SMTP which should enable TLS support. I have the exchange server is behind the firewall and have the it with a public IP and FQDN exchange.domain.com. I have created spf record in my dns server.
When I do a testexchangeconnectivity.c om.
Inbound Mail SMTP Test
I get "Transport Layer Security (TLS) is not supported on this SMTP Server."
Outbound Mail SMTP Test
ExRCA wasn't able to find the SPF record.
Any advice would be appreciated.

TLS: Perform a Get-ExchangeCertificate and check if SMTP is enabled for your certificate.
So, in short you'd need to install and enable the cert for TLS to work.
I wouldn't write up step by step on how-to configure it, that's for you to read in the following link. Ask questions if any.
