TLS: Perform a Get-ExchangeCertificate and check if SMTP is enabled for your certificate.<br />

So, in short you'd need to install and enable the cert for TLS to work.<br />

I have the certificate installed. I have enabled certificate for SMTP which should enable TLS support. I have the exchange server is behind the firewall and have the it with a public IP and FQDN exchange.domain.com. I have created spf record in my dns server.<br />

When I do a testexchangeconnectivity.c<wbr />om.<br />
Inbound Mail SMTP Test<br />
I get &quot;Transport Layer Security (TLS) is not supported on this SMTP Server.&quot;<br />

Outbound Mail SMTP Test<br />
ExRCA wasn't able to find the SPF record.<br />
