What is the Cisco RV0041 throughput?

Have a client with the Cisco/Linksys RV0041 VPN router.  They have 20Mbps Charter service but only reliably see around 5Mbps at best.  Faster speeds are becoming available, and wondering has this device already maxed out?  Cannot find any specs on this from Cisco or Linksys, nor any google searches.

Are we talking about the Cisco/Linksys RV042?
Cisco says they can do wirespeed 10Mbps, and VPN at 59Mbps, but in reality they are more like 40Mbps at best...
You can try updating to the newest firmware, maybe that helps a bit.

Nope, it is a RV0041.  It came before the RV042.  Not sure why they dropped the extra 0 in there.  The cisco/Linksys site barely acknowledges the unit was ever built.  In years past there was very little info, but I did manage to upgrade firmware to what is reportedly the newest version ( I think it was 1.3.6).  I upgraded that some 3 years ago or more.  The site had problems with Charter cable internet until the modem was replaced.  That was about a year ago, so I wouldn't expect the limiting factor to be the cable modem.  If you google RV0041 you will find many pictures of the unit and almost no useful information.

Thanks for the input.  Unless I hear otherwise soon, I will assume the worst for the RV0041 and accept your solution.
Closest thing to an answer, and it was slightly helpful.  Not sure why Cisco has removed almost all knowledge of the device???
