How to block users from creating SMS profile in Outlook 2010

Working in a pure test environment here. I am trying to figure out what setting in the Outlook 2010 Adm template to set to keep users from trying to create a profile with an SMS account. I found the setting do disable Internet accounts (POP3 and IMPA4) but can't find the one for SMS. Basically, when the user goes to add a new Profile, there only option should be Microsoft Exchange. I checked all the boxes  (except Exchange) under the setting Miscellaneous --> Prevent Users from adding email account types but that disabled POP3 and IMAP4 only. I realized SMS is not an email account but I could not find anything related to SMS.
