Thanks to Acronis True Image software my system always booted to operations pending.<br />

I got it to stop but while attempting to upgrade my disks Intel Rapid Storage Technology reported the wrong serial numbers on one of the disks, and as a result I removed one of the members of the raid set. <br />
<br />
I have gotten them back in and reconfigured but I am unable to format the new disks.<br />
<br />
I tried starting up in safe mode to format but it still says that there is something accessing the drive.<br />
