Q: IE9 and IE10 are preferable over earlier versions for security reasons. Any particular for not installing it?
Hi
Go into WSUS via Start>PRogs rather than the SBS Console.
You can find it in there and decline.

Windows Update *should* be pushing IE10 by now.
Anyway, try this Toolkit to Disable Auto Delivery of IE9.

Squidsupport--As Darr247 has suspected, I doubt you will be asked to install IE9 anymore, but you will be asked to install IE10. Here is the way to prevent that, if you really, really do not want to upgrade.
