Synchronized Servers

I currently have two sites that I support.  One site houses the servers and datacenter and the second site connects to the main site via MPLS T-1 data lines and use RDS for most applications.  I would like to replicate and synchronize the main servers/applications from our main office at the second site and synchronize the data between the two sites.  Instead f using RDS across the data lines, the second site would access the applications on the replicated server and the data lines would be used to keep the data synchronized between sites.  I understand there are solutions to replicate or duplicate servers and data off-site, but I want to use the off-site servers as live servers and synchronize the data between the two sites...not just backup from one site to the other.  I am looking into DoubleTake, PeerSync for Servers, and ViceVersa Pro at the moment but any advice would be appreciated.
