How save all Hyper-v VM images

I am running Hyper-V on Windows 2012 and I want to stop all VM and put them to save mode and  Run xcopy/robocopy on them all and then start them all.

How can I do this from command line so I can put schedule on it ?

Forgot, what is the same command for Windows 2008 Hyper-V ?

get the powershell update .. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34595 You must be at SP2

I am using 2008 R2  SP1 - I cannot find any SP2 for that system ?
