SSIS 2008--go to different task based on condtion

In my SSIS package (2008) I get RecordCound.. based on RecordCount  I would like to do the following:

1) If RecordCound ==0  go to 'Execute Sql Task 3'

2) If RecordCound > 0  go to 'Execute Sql Task 2'

The execution always goes to 'Execute Sql Task 3 even if RecordCound > 0.

What needs to be corrected in SSIS package to fix it??

The package Vetka.dtsx is attached..pls rename to .*.dtsx

Thanks
