I have a user set up with 3 email addresses inoutlook 2010. One is an exchange address hooked to our in house exchange 2010 server. The other 2 are gmail addresses. The gmail addresses will work fine when you intially set them up for a couple of days. Then they will both have problems sending. Going to the send/receive tab shows the 0x8004010f error that outlook cannot access the Outlook data file. The only way to fix the addresses is to remove them and re add them. The user has been having this problem for some time. It happens on 2 different computers he uses.
Steps I have taken:
Delete and re-add - works for a day or 2
reset the profile and re-add - works for a day or 2
This user had other problems so I reimaged this machine same result
I have manually setup the settings and had it automatically configured. It makes no difference. Receive is not affected only send for those 2 accounts.
