asp.net textbox

I have an asp.net 4.0 page with a textbox control. I would like to add instructions in the textbox for the user. However, when the user clicks in the textbox I would like the instructions to disappear like the see the other big websites doing. If you provide a solution please provide the entire code. Or tell me a better way to do this.

Perfect. Absolutely no coding needed. What is great is you are using a solution that works natively with asp.net which is the TextBoxWatermarkExtender which is part of the Ajax Toolkit.
