See who opened the email in Outlook
At our company we use Microsoft Exchange with Outlook. Our sales manager has access to all of our sales rep's emails from her Outlook profile.
Today I was talking to a sales rep who told me that he knew that the sales manager had read one of his emails because Outlook tells him the date and time an email is opened as well as who opened it.
My question is, how did he do this? Is there a column that I can add to the messages pane that will show which windows user read opened my email?
