Setup Error

trying to install Office 2010 on a Win 7 Pro 64 bit machine, keep getting the following error.
User generated image.
I'm logged in as the machines admin

Any idea how to get this installed????

Dear Noad,

Right click on.setup.exe file and run as administrator. See what happen.or you can create a new admin account on this machine then try to run that accout.  Make sure you give all administration prevaladges

Do you have a previous version of Office 2010 installed?

If so you must uninstall it first (use Microsoft "Fix It").

If not, try "uninstalling" Office 2010 (even if not installed fully) using Microsoft "Fix It" first:

Then reinstall Office 2010.

Did you install any other version / edition of Office before on this computer?
If yes,
uninstall the all the versions of Office suites before installing the Office 2010.
Refer to the Microsoft Article to remove the various edition of Office installed on the computer and then install the Office 2010 and verify the results:

I was able to use your suggestions and it did allow me to install office, but now I can't create an account, this keep coming up and when I click on create account nothing occurs.

I did downlaod and install the 64 bit hot mail connector, but still can't create account
