Adding an image to a form

Dear Experts,
I have created a simple employee database using Access 2007, and would like to be aboe to add photo field.
The problem is, I can add the image to the table, and be able to display, but do not know a simple way to be able to add photo from the form.
The samples I found tells me to use Attachment control, but I am not sure how to use it.
Is there a way for the user (which will not be me) to simply add a new record using a form, then insert the photo for that record on the same form, without having to edit the table?

Please advise.
