Exchange 2010 SP3 - Restore Deleted Items

I was wondering if there was a way to restore multiple deleted items for an Exchange account.  We recently gave an employee their two weeks' notice, and on the last day, the employee deleted ALL of her mail.  We did not find out for a few weeks.  So, the backups of Exchange had been overwritten before we could stop the process.

Deleted items retention is set for a longer period, and the messages are still there.  I was able to see them when I logged into OWA and right-clicked on deleted items, but using that method, you have to click each item in order to restore it.  In Exchange 2003, I used ExMerge, but it is no longer available.  Is there a better way in Exchange 2010 where I won't have to select the individual deleted items?

She deleted 1408 e-mails, and whenever I choose more than 10 I get the attached error message.

You are trying to use webmail - open the account in OL, it's much faster.

Thank you so much.  Everything I found online told me to use OWA.  This was quick and easy.   I don't miss ExMerge as much anymore.
