Is the Mac mini Server physically different than the standard Mac mini in terms of HDD bays?

I want to use a Mac mini as a server, but instead of buying the $999 Mac mini Server, I'm thinking of buying the highest end "standard" Mac minim, then installing a SSD and high-capacity HDD so I can have high speed and high capacity. However, I don't know whether the standard Mac mini has 2 SATA bays for storage devices. I know the Mac mini Server has 2x500GB drives, but all the other Mac mini models include just 1 drive. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Wikipedia says that the mac mini server
"has a second hard drive in place of the optical drive."

None of the current Mac mini models have optical drives, so your response isn't helpful.
