For the network 192.0.2.0/23, which option is a valid IP address that can be assigned to host?

I am very confused with this question, can you please explain me in easy way?

the range is 192.0.2.0 to 192.0.3.255 so can't we use 192.10.2.255 as a valid ip.

192.0.3.255 is the broadcast address
192.0.2.255 is a valid address on the 192.0.2.0/23 network.

But in this context its the correct answer...since 'technically' its a valid ip address.
