the range is 192.0.2.0 to 192.0.3.255 so can't we use 192.10.2.255 as a valid ip.
192.0.3.255 is the broadcast address
192.0.3.255 is the broadcast address
192.0.2.255 is a valid address on the 192.0.2.0/23 network.
