Our government ministry-Local Government is planning to form a fully autonomous ICT Department so that it can have complete control on its mandate and not to be controlled and supervised by Corporate Services Department as it is currently the case. The structure will be in two bodies-One part of the ICT department which will be the supervising one will be based at ministry headquarters and the other one based at several local authorities across the country.
I am therefore asking your input to advice which positions/job titles starting with the highest level up to lower level can be created to run these two bodies-the one at headquarters and the one dispersed across the country at local authorities. A fully structured organogram will be appreciated.
