Search for the BlackBerry Transporter tool. This will allow you to migrate the BlackBerry users from the old BES to the new BES on the fly without needing to reactivate the handsets. Once the users are on the new BES, you can move their mailboxes from the old Exchange server to the new.<br />

I already have them moved to the new exchange server and the BES from the old 4.0 is still working. &nbsp;The Transporter tool will still work under this scenerio?

Im cutting over from blackberry 4.0 that points to a old 2007 server to a blackberry 5.0 sql express that pointing towards a new Exchange 2010 server. &nbsp;When I add a user and delete them from the old BES the phone will not activate. &nbsp;They both have two different SRP and subscriptions. &nbsp;Any help would be appreciated
