I have FreePBX - Asterisk (Ver. setup to support my clients.  I am assigning them ext's as listed below
Customer A - ext 100 - 199
Customer B - ext 1000 - 1099
Customer C - ext 200 - 299

How do I prevent customer A from calling customer B or customer C ext range.  I only want customer A to be able to access their ext 100-199 and outside lines only.
