So if i have a user in my AD that has a phone number listed in the phone number field calls my cell phone his AD contact info won't show on my phone either?

Nope - the number has to be in the Contacts of the Outlook Account / Phone for it to display the name.

We have a exchange 2010 box and at least 50 users that use moblie devices that use activesync. I would like to populate the phone number of our corporate office into the AD somehow so when the corporate office calls a users cell phone the name of corporate office comes up instead of just the number. How does one go about doing this since the corporate office does not have an email address?
