What metals would be found if this freezer was dismantled?

Maybe brass fittings, some copper tubing, the compressor should be iron.

Any others?

Those would be the main ones I'd expect.
Possibly some aluminum, some zinc, and traces of chrome, manganese, nickel, tin, cobalt...
Tungsten in the light bulb.
stainless for the houseing also I'd assume, and some magnets around the door seal
magnets = some rare earth metals
