ACT - missing some tabs

Hello,

We recently relocated an ACT database from one machine to another by doing the following:
- File | Backup (Database & Personal Files)
- Installed ACT on the new workstation and created a new database.  Then, performed File | Restore (Database).

User is reporting that she does not see all the tabs at the bottom part of the screen.  These may be custom fields.

I do still have the old machine available.  

Is there any setting or view option that may be hiding these tabs?

Any suggestions would be welcome.
