Hi Experts

Can someone show me how I can make a Matlab splash screen so that when Matlab is started it would say "Welcome to Matlab".
It would be great if the splash screen would start in the command Window so I can use Ascii Art.

Im talking about Matlab itself, via the matlabrc and startup.m , Something that just says "Welcome" when matlab is run.
