I currently have 15 old AT&amp;T Blackberry phones on our corporate plan and want to purchase 15 new &quot;CHEAP&quot; unlocked at&amp;t Android/etc smartphones.<br />

AT&amp;T is offering their $99 iPhone, but that requires signing another 2-year contract on 15 phones I may-or-may not need in the future.<br />

I want to stay with AT&amp;T and purchase at&amp;t Android/etc smartphones OUTRIGHT without extending the contracts.<br />

What $150 or less phone allows me to check &quot;Outlook Email&quot; and works with the AT&amp;T network ?<br />

I do NOT want more Blackberrys.
