I have been given an Illustrator file. When saved as a pdf, I am able to see a list of thumbnails of all the different pages.<br />

When I try to open the Illustrator file in Illustrator, I am given a prompt as to which page I would like to open. I can't get multiple pages open at once.<br />

My objective is to copy and paste page elements from one Illustrator page to another.<br />
