Unable to join lync online meeting
Hi,
I have integrated HDX 8000 with Lync 2010 Server Stnd Edition. I can make video calls from Lync Client to HDX and vice versa. I have also registered calendaring service with exchange 2010. HDX can pull the meetings from the exchange mailbox calendar. But here is the problem I am trying to join hosted lync online meeting created by the same user but when I click join now button from HDX gui mode the message appears "No more sites can be added because the meeting is full"
Please help me to resolve this issue. I am badly need of support. I am scratching my head for now 2 weeks

I am using Lync server 2010 not 2013 and that posts is different than my post.

are you using polycom devices

I am using a Polycom HDX 8000 and its registered with Lync 2010. I am trying to join online lync meeting hosted on my lync server. This is meeting is not multipoint conference call. Its only 2 user involved.

Is it something related with RTV license ? I am not getting any support from Polycom. We got from Reseller. Hope you help me to solve that I would appreciate your time and efforts,

Your reseller should be providing support. If RTV is enabled and you see the 'Join Now' button then there is nothing else to configure. You'll need to go through proper support channels as this could be a bug in the software or a misconfiguration in Lync or the network itself.

This is our unfortunate that we are not getting effective support. That's why I am looking for your help since you are an expert in this things.
I don't have RTV lic. This is what configuration I have on polycom.
I can make point to point call between lync and polycom.
I can see the join now button when I click to join it gives the error message

Hello Jeff,
I got a reply from Polycom
"that RTV is important for the HDX to join an online meeting. This is because the online meeting is hosted on the Lync AV/MCU, and Lync use RTV as video codec and G722 as audio.”
Does my issue related with RTV license ?
