I can no longer view the Blackberry Administration service

I recently started a new job and we have two BES servers. One in Fort Lauderdale and one in Miami. I am told Fort Lauderdale is the primary and I can confirm this by going to the Blackberry Server Configuration Panel and under the Blackberry Server tab, I see the Miami server listed as STAND BY. My issue is with the Blackberry Adminstation Service. When I click this icon I get the standard "Internet Explorer Cannot display webpage" as if an IIS server is down. The URL is pointing to our Miami or Standby server and I am told that is the correct URL. I know this worked a couple weeks ago because one of my first days here I was told to go in and clean up a few users and I logged in with no problem. We did have an issue a few days ago with email and it ended up being DNS related. All that seems to be ok now and I can PING the FQDN of both Blackberry servers. Blackberries are working as of now but I know this will be an issue as soon as someone needs to be added or has a device issue. All advice on how I can get the Blackberry Administation service working again is welcome

Have you rebooted and are you on the latest service pack? That's what your BB service provider will ask first.

rebooting I am not sure about. We are up to date on service packs. I will probably attempt a reboot tonight
