Pay / Economy

I usually pay per-project for web folks. However, sometimes I'd like to hire them for more significant projects where I need to make significant headway.  In these cases, I'd like to know Specifically what the medium income of working class folks in a particular area?

In Skype, I generally see details displayed like this http://screencast.com/t/40v2AsJue.  As shown, this one is in Faisalabad, Punjab, Pakistan and some information can be seen at this wikipedia page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Faisalabad.

As you can see, that isn't exactly what I need to know. Is there a good website for determining income data?

I could not find anything specific to Faisalabad but here is a list of jobs in various categories in Pakistan and it shows the salary for many of them.

Ex: The Directory of Marketing salary is Salary Offered (PKR-Rs.)300,000 - 400,000.
Ex: Export manager up to 80,000.
Ex: Cotton spinning technical manager 100,000.

I'm not finding much else at the moment for that specific area in that country.

Here is a chart with salaries for various positions.
