Looks like xamp never installed properly. It should work right out of the box. I would not waste time trying to play with ini settings but would uninstall it and re-download a fresh copy and start over. You will get a fresh .ini file with all the recommended settings.

Ok, much clearer after your explanation. 
This error is caused by the debbuger itself. 
My problem here is resumed in finding something at my local PHP/Apache configuration that differ from my remote host web php configuration and cause an error page in localhost and goes ok remotelly. 
Could you suggest what could be relevant to compare between the server and PHPinstalations?

First, your program phpDesigner does not appear to be using the Apache web server or a 'real' browser that would provide those things. &nbsp;Your hosted version uses both of those things and provides the appropriate information. &nbsp;I don't know that you can use phpDesigner for this application with the debugger. &nbsp;The debugger isn't 'causing' the problem but it is responding to the fact that it is not getting the HTTP_USER_AGENT from the server. &nbsp;And that is because phpDesigner is using it's own internal 'server' instead of Apache. 
 
For what it's worth, I don't use anything like phpDesigner because of problems like that. &nbsp;I use Apache and IIS and test thru my web browsers and I don't have problems like that. &nbsp;I use my code editor (HTML-Kit) to generate and edit code. 
 
See if you can use IE or Firefox and go to your local Apache web server (localhost?) and open those files without error.

You can see that HTTP_USER_AGENT is present and the same in both cases so that isn't the problem. &nbsp;But it's clear that PHP is running at 'localhost' since you ran my file. &nbsp;We're going to ignore phpDesigner for the moment and find out what is actually working. &nbsp;Do you have a phpinfo(); file on your system? &nbsp;It will show you all of the extensions that are installed in your versions of PHP. &nbsp;Also, what is on the line where HTTP_USER_AGENT is causing an error?

I don't know what to tell you now. &nbsp;KoolPHPSuite and phpDesigner are products that I wouldn't use. &nbsp;I don't know how they are causing or creating the problems you see. &nbsp;Maybe they aren't compatible with PHP 5.3.
