Chrome Memory problem

We detect that chrome is limited to use max 1/3 of memory of the system but we do all our job on chrome and let it use %80 of resources is it possible to set them higher ?

From the post mentioned at the end of this article try this:
C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --purge-memory-button --memory-model=high

Where %USER%  is your username on your PC
