Is there a way to auto log off users after they are disconnected instead of hanging in the disconnected state? This is making reporting inaccurate because it shows employees connected for 24hrs+. I set the log off after disconnect to 1 minute but that didn't resolve the issue. We are using Xenapp5.

Hi

In Terminal Services Configuration snap-in you can set timeouts for disconnected sessions for both ICA and RDP connections.
