OOO Reply from group member

I have a group setup (group1@company.com) where messages to the group send to multiple users, pretty straight forward. Is it possible if 1 of the users in the group is out of office (OOO) that sending users would still get their OOO reply?

Reason I ask, many times 1 or more users of the group are on the road and reply's to the group come in we would like to inform the sender(s) that user1 or user2 are not in until a certain day.

Thanks

So emails sent to this distribution list when one or more members of the list are out of office.. your wanting their OOO notifications to be sent to the source emailer.. right?
