I recently was hit with a malware and I removed my drive and scanned it and just to be sure, I downloaded and installed malwarebytes and scanned as well.  Whatever was on the pc has been removed as I have scanned numerous times with MB and Hitman Pro.  All come back clean.

However, I am not able to download attachments from emails or files from websites.  So I think I still have a virus or malware left on my pc.  The attached screen shot shows what I'm getting when I try to download a file from Gmail.

FYI, scanning a drive that has been removed from another machine will catch many things but is dangerous and will let other things go uncaught (see Best Practices). Also if you have a rootkit, the drive needs to be the boot device in order for the rootkit to be detected.  See my article on antirootkit software.

It looks like you have gotten rid of TM, in which case you should delete these items.  You should try a scan using MalwareBytes Chameleon as well as 3 of the antirootkit tools in the article I mentioned.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

I downloaded and ran every tool from the list some scanned and some did not even run.

Wasted too much time and decided to reinstall OS on to a different drive.

Rebuilt in the end.

A rebuild is a best bet, but know that if you google System Care Antivirus removal you will see instructions to remove a similar virus (System Care Antivirus - rogue) which has similar symptoms.
