After installing update Roll up 6 on Microsoft exchange server 2010 large amount of our users started experiencing the same issue.

What keeps happening is that periodically through out the day Microsoft Outlook will ask them for a login and password. Once the put in domain name \ user name and their password they are fine for a day or two but the issue comes back.

Has anyone come across this or seen a resolution>

I haven't seen that issue, but I have seen Exchange 2010 SP2 RU6 and SP3 server give users problems deleting certain messages with attachments.

We have rolled back (uninstalled and reinstalled) to SP2 RU5 until they release a new update that resolves these issues.
