Cascading Dynamic parameters

Hello,
Please find attached the screen shot of the tables involved.
The NtoNlist table is connected to physican and activefacilitylist using left join on the phnpi and the facid.
The report requires such that when I select a facility or multiple facilities as the facility parameter it should populate a cascading prompt which has only physicians who are in the nTonList.
Please help.
Not sure how to create it as a cascading parameters or any other work around.

Facility is from activefacilitylist and phnpi should be from which table while creating the parameter
You choose the fields you want the user tosee and select from.  The linking fields don't come into it.

what should the selection formula be
What do you mean?

{FacilityField} = {?FacilityParameter} AND {DoctorField} = {?DoctorParameter}

Change those to match the names of the fields and parameters

hello mlmcc appreciate your thoughts..but is there any alternative to cascading parameter
You can use 2 parameters but then they won't be limited to related values

Crystal Reports

Crystal Reports is a business intelligence application from SAP SE. It is used to graphically design data connections and report layouts from a wide range of data sources including Excel spreadsheets, Oracle, SQL Server databases and Access databases, BusinessObjects Enterprise business views, and local file-system information. Report designers can place fields from these sources on the report design surface, and can also deploy them in custom formulas (using either BASIC or Crystal's own syntax), which are then placed on the design surface. Crystal Reports also supports subreports, graphing, and a limited amount of GIS functionality.
