Outlook 2007 issue Go Daddy IMAP Email not receiving

I have some clients using Outlook 2007 using a Go Daddy IMAP email account. They are running Windows 7 professional. The Outlook email is haveing a few issues the worst is the email is not downloading to the client and/or not synching "when deleting and reappearing".
I have checked the web mail account at Go Daddy and the mail is there but it is not downloading to clients desktop. I have tried recreating accounts, new profiles. I have checked and they are running the latest Service pak for 2007 Outlook SP3. On some days Outlook will run fine but on most days it is sporatic at best. Any solutions or help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help.
